Azumah Resources Limited (ASX: AZM, TSX: AZR) is an Australian-based company focused on the exploration and development of the +3000km, 100%-owned Wa Gold Project in northwest Ghana, West Africa.

The Wa Gold Project contains a JORC & National Instrument 43-101 compliant Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource totaling 1.355Moz Au and Inferred Mineral Resource of 0.85Moz Au - across three key deposits, Kunche, Bepkong and Julie.

Azumah's Wa Gold Project Definitive Feasibility Study is now complete, and has confirmed that the Project is technically and commercially viable with current 'Stage One' Mineral Reserves of 430,000oz gold supporting an initial six years production from a planned nominal one million tonne per annum gravity / carbon-in-leach (CIL) plant.  A Feasibility Study and Mineral Reserve update is underway and due for completion in Q2 2013.  This will consider a larger through-put generation based on recently increased resources.

Azumah is on track to become a West African gold producer in early 2015.
