10 day Permaculture training for 30 women farmers from Azumah’s operation communities, 11th-21st May, 2011. Permaculture is an agricultural system and human settlement design approach modelled on relationships found in natural ecologies. The prime objectives of the training are to build the capacity of farmers in sustainable land use and improved productivity to ensure food security and improved standard of living.
